Our story.


After the 2020 pandemic shook the culinary industry, Lorin was forced to pivot her career.  Having been a savory chef for her entire career, she quickly realized that there was a hole in the market for a new version of the classic cookie. She wanted to create something unique, but not leave behind the classic flavors and textures that we all love about homemade cookies.  Not only did the cookies need a shake up, but so did the storytelling and branding.  She wanted to bring a more edgy vibe to the cookie world by bringing a darker style, but not leaving behind the playfulness that makes cookies fun and approachable.
